What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

Bookings may be cancelled at no cost up to fourteen days before arrival. Cancellations inside fourteen days incur the first night; no-shows are billed for the full stay. Suites and villas reserved at our Best Available Rate may be cancelled until 48 hours before arrival. Travel insurance is always advised.

What ages are admitted?

Accepted Answer

The property is limited to adult guests aged 18 and over, consistent with our gaming licence and the tone of the resort. Valid government-issued photo identification may be asked for on arrival. Children are warmly received at our sister property in the same bay — the concierge will gladly arrange the booking and transfers between the two estates.

Question 3

Do you offer airport transfers?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Private transfers in a chauffeured Mercedes or Rolls-Royce can be set up when you reserve your stay, or as late as two hours before arrival. For guests pressed for time, our helipad runs from 07:00 to 22:00, with a twelve-minute flight from the international airport. Both services can be charged to your suite.

Can you host private events?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our two ballrooms, eight private dining rooms, beach pavilion, and rotunda may be hired privately, with capacities from eight to four hundred guests. Weddings and milestone celebrations are a special strength of ours; our events director will prepare a proposal within forty-eight hours of a first enquiry.
